The light is the point
An engraving sitting in daylight is a quiet object. Put it on a lit base and it becomes the thing people pick up and turn.
The photo matters more than the crystal
A sharp, well-lit picture engraves beautifully at any size. A dark, blurry one stays dark and blurry in glass. We will tell you which you have.
It is made once
There is no ink to fade and nothing printed on the surface. The image is fractures inside the crystal, and it will outlast all of us.

The process
Four steps between your photo and a piece of glass with a person inside it.

Send the photograph
Any clear photo will do — a phone picture is usually enough. We check it before anything is engraved and tell you honestly if it will not work.
- 02
We build the depth
The picture is measured for depth, subject by subject, and turned into a cloud of points that describes a real object rather than a flat image.
- 03
The laser works inside the glass
A focused beam draws each point beneath the surface of the crystal, leaving a tiny white fracture. Hundreds of thousands of them become the picture.
- 04
It arrives lit
Your crystal is checked, packed and sent with its display stand. Set it on the base, switch it on, and the engraving lifts out of the glass.

Photo restoration included
Old, dark or faded photographs are cleaned up and repaired before engraving. There is no extra charge for this.
Background removed
We cut your subject out of a cluttered background so the engraving reads clearly inside the crystal. Keep the background if you prefer — just tell us.
A proof before we engrave
You see the design before it is cut into the glass. Nothing is engraved until you are happy with it.
Packed to survive the post
Crystal is heavy and it is breakable. Every piece ships boxed and cushioned, with breakage cover.
