Not printed, not stuck on, not a photograph behind glass. Your picture is engraved into the body of the crystal as hundreds of thousands of tiny white fractures, which is why it has depth you can see into and why it will still be there in a hundred years.

The stand is optional. The engraving is permanent either way, but it is the light from underneath that makes it read as a solid object rather than a faint drawing.

If the photo will not engrave well, we say so before anything is cut and suggest what to send instead.

You approve a proof
You see the design, including the words. Nothing is engraved until you are happy.

We engrave, check and post it
Boxed and cushioned, with tracking.
Most pieces are made within 10 days of you approving the proof.
Which photo should I send?
The best photos are sharp, lit from the front, and show the subject clearly. A recent phone picture is usually perfect.
- Works well: one to four people, a pet, a wedding, a portrait, a house or a car.
- Harder: very dark or very blurry pictures, subjects facing away, or a large group where everyone must be recognisable.
